About Us

Located on over 34 acres in beautiful Cannon Township, the Silver Lake Condominiums are nestled among the greens and fairways of the former Silver Lake Country Club, about 25 minutes northeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan and about 12 minutes southeast of Rockford, Michigan.  The Silver Lake Country Club golf course is no longer in operation and has been sold to a developer, see the Golf Course Update webpage for the latest news.

 

Our neighborhood consists of 100 duplex-style and single family homes ranging in size from 2300 square feet to over 3700 square feet, all with an attached 2-stall garage.  Available utilities include our own private water system, public sewer, electric, natural gas, telephone and cable services.  Our neighborhood is served by the award winning Rockford Public School system, with an elementary school located across the street from our complex and the local middle school just a 2 minute drive up the road.  There are also excellent parochial school choices in the immediate vicinity.
